Use this form to enroll students into Short Term Independent Study (IDS) for 3-14 days (1-2 day contract is acceptable if COVID related). IDS is an optional alternative instructional strategy for students faced with an emergency, vacation, or illness. Students are to remain enrolled at their school of residence and will return to the regular classroom at the conclusion of their IDS contract. No student can exceed 14 cumulative days of short term IDS during the entire school year.
